Straight From Our Line to Your Warehouse

Regular styles start at 100 pairs, and you may mix colours and sizes within one style, or combine several styles in one order. For in-stock items we can send a single pair as a sample — small trial orders from cross-border sellers are welcome.

We are the manufacturer, so what you see is already an ex-factory price. For volumes above 5,000 pairs per style, and for repeat customers, we can offer tiered pricing and payment terms.

Yes. In-stock styles can be sampled immediately and the sample fee is deducted from your next order. For custom styles we develop a confirmation sample in 7–10 days once we agree to move forward.

In-stock orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. Custom bulk orders take 15–25 days. The lead time is written into the contract, and late delivery is compensated as agreed.

Yes. Logo embossing or embroidery, shoe boxes, hangtags, woven labels and polybags are all customisable, with free tooling from 500 pairs. For patented designs we will need your authorisation.

The approved confirmation sample is signed and sealed by both sides, and bulk production is checked against it. Before dispatch we send a bulk sample and inspection report, and you or your third-party inspector are welcome at the factory.

Yes — packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading and the rest of the export set. We hold our own export licence and can also issue a VAT invoice for domestic trade.
